Shipping/Production Holidays

During the holiday seasons (November 20 - January 10) as well as other holidays rush production time will be extended by an additional two (2) business days due to an increase in volume.

Please be advised that the shipping speed time frames listed are separate from the production time frame of your order. Adding the "production time" and "ship time" of your order will give you a more accurate estimate of delivery. All production time days are counted as business days.

How to Calculate Ship Time

The day after your order has been shipped is considered the first day of shipping. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send it back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All shipping costs are non-refundable. They will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service along with insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
